Henry M. Soledad is the founder and lead attorney at Path of Immigration. He brings with him a deep and personal understanding of the immigration journey, having immigrated from Germany to the United States himself. His professional credentials span multiple regions: he is admitted to practice law in the State of California, immigration law in all 50 US states, the Republic of Ireland, England & Wales, and Germany. He is dedicated to providing expert legal assistance in immigration and nationality law, a commitment rooted in his own immigrant background.

Prior to becoming an Immigration Attorney, he served as a Chinook Crew Chief (67U) in the United States Army National Guard. This role not only helped finance his college education but also instilled in him the values of discipline, leadership, and a profound sense of duty—qualities that he brings to his practice of law. His military service has given him a unique perspective on the challenges faced by servicemen and women, and their families, especially those navigating the complexities of immigration status.

Henry’s legal career began in 2004 at Rutgers-Newark, a Top Tier Law School. His practice focuses exclusively on immigration law. He handles a variety of immigration-related cases including family-based immigration, naturalization, consular processing, and employment visas. His work is informed by a global perspective, and he fluently speaks, reads, and writes German, enhancing his ability to serve a diverse clientele.
